Windows 10 Nie uruchamia się

Mam Problem od pewnego momentu nie mogę normalnie uruchomić systemu bo pojawia się przy starcie systemu a raczej jego braku bo system wcale nie uruchamia się Jedynie To... Pomocy jak to naprawić aby system mi normalnie startował uruchamiał się . jak to naprawić ktoś wie
