Acer V5-573G - problem z kartą sieciową + blue screen

Witam,

 

Na wstępie zaznaczę że jestem zielony jeżeli chodzi o takie problemy, więc proszę o cierpliwość i wyrozumiałość.

 

Komputer: Acer V5-573G

Windows 8 64bit

Karta sieciowa: Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter

 

1. Od dłuższego czasu skacze mi ping, powiedzmy że co 2-3 minuty do 800~ potem mam chwile spokoju i powtórka sytuacji, jest to dosyć uciążliwa sprawa, szczególnie jeśli weźmiemy pod uwagę gry online. Sytuacja nie ma miejsca gdy jestem 'na kablu'!'

 

2. Zaznaczę jeszcze jedną rzecz, wydaje się istotne, mimo że jestem podłączony do internetu, w menadżerze urządzeń na kartach sieciowych nie mam żółtego trójkącika to zawsze kiedy klikam w 'rozwiąż problemy z połączeniem' następuje reset karty i naprawienie problemu.

 

edit: Póki co zainstalowałem starsze sterowniki do karty sieciowej i podpunkt nr 2 minął, już nie znajduje i nie naprawia połączenia karty sieciowej, niedługo sprawdzę i napiszę jak ping.

 

edit2: Ping buja się teraz przez jakiś czas normalnie i ma co parę minut zrywy do 110-140. Sprawdzę jeszcze wieczorem.

 

3. Do tego doszły blue screeny, laptopa zakupiłem w lutym, blue screeny zaczęły się w marcu i zaczynają występować z większą częstotliwością, co dziwne, nigdy podczas grania ale np podczas oglądania seriali, lub czasem randomowo, gdy zostawię komputer na chwile, wrócę i jest po restarcie systemu, a na ekranie komunikat że komputer napotkał problem. Wiadomo, męcząca i nieprzyjemna sprawa.

 

4. Ściągnąłem Microsoft Debugging Tools, dołączam wyniki sprawdzania ostatniego minidumpa:

NETIO.SYS ( NETIO+1cfd2 ) oto mój problem.

 

Wyczytałem że problem związany z w/w blue screenem, mogą wywoływać antywirusy typu Avast czy McAfee, lecz nie mam żadnego z nich.

 

Nie wiem z czym związane są blue screeny, z kartą sieciową? Czy problem leży gdzie indziej?

 

Wszelkie potrzebne informacje będe dosyłał na bierząco, mam nadzieje że pomożecie dojść do przyczyny.
